I love designing beautiful experiences. From the smallest detail I merge my style with the client's personalities to create a work of art entirely special and unique. I love getting to know clients and building something for each and every one of them that is truly reflective of their personalities for all of their friends and family to experience.

I am a huge fan of free form, asymmetrical shapes. Similar to how plants and flowers grow in nature - the way they stretch towards the sun. As much as I can I try to use greens and flowers from my garden and sometimes forage for locally grown ingredients. Flower colours I gravitate towards are soft muted pinks, lavender, coral, soft blue and off white which include garden roses, cafe au lait dahlias, ranunculus, hydrangea, lisianthus, delphinium, stock, to name a few. I like to include seeds, berries, branches, vines and various contrasting greens to give texture highlighting the florals. Use of flowing silk ribbon, rustic jute, and vintage lace on the bouquets add elegance and inclusion of sentimental jewelry pieces (ie grandmother’s cameo) make it personalized. I find beauty in lush floral bouquets but also in a simple greenery table runner.

All my life I have been involved in floral design, through foraging and creating as a child, weddings and special occasions for family and friends. A graduate of CIFD (2011) working from my studio I had have the opportunity to provide florals for numerous weddings throughout the Okanagan. Although I do have a distinct style, my main focus is on understanding a client’s vision for their wedding day.
